We want you to love your RISE pieces. If something isn't right, here's how we make it simple.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
How to return
- Log into your account and go to your order history.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and print your prepaid return label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging where possible.
- Drop off the package at any authorised return location.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To exchange, follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your preferred item faster while your return is being processed.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, limited-edition drops, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival. Underwear and swimwear are also excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days via our contact page. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including any shipping costs.
