Refund Policy.
At RISE, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are committed to making refunds clear, fair, and fast.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds are available on unworn, unwashed items returned within 30 days of delivery with all original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refund method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to alternative cards or accounts for security reasons.
Processing time
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Partial refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned outside the return window, missing tags, or show signs of wear. This is at our discretion and will be communicated to you before any refund is issued.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us via our contact page with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and limited-edition drops marked as final sale cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.
